- 1 little yellow chime pepper, cultivated and cut into strips

- 1 little red onion, cut into rings

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian flavoring

- Salt and pepper to taste

- New parsley for decorate (discretionary)

Guidelines:

1. **Prepare the Vegetables:** Preheat your barbecue to medium-high intensity. In the mean time, set up the vegetables by cutting the zucchini, yellow squash, red chime pepper, yellow ringer pepper, and red onion.

2. **Make the Marinade:** In a little bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried Italian flavoring, salt, and pepper.

3. **Marinate the Vegetables:** Spot the cut vegetables in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic pack. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, it are all around covered to ensure they. Allow the vegetables to marinate for somewhere around 15 minutes, permitting the flavors to merge together.

4. **Grill the Vegetables:** Once the barbecue is hot, put the marinated vegetables straightforwardly on the barbecue grates. Barbecue for around 5-7 minutes for each side, or until the vegetables are delicate and have barbecue marks.

5. **Serve:** Eliminate the barbecued vegetables from the barbecue and move them to a serving platter. Decorate with new parsley whenever wanted.

6. **Enjoy:** These barbecued balsamic marinated vegetables are fit to be delighted in as a tasty side dish or light principal course for two. Serve them close by your #1 barbecued meats, fish, or as a component of a veggie lover feast. Appreciate the smoky kind of the barbecued vegetables matched with the tart balsamic marinade. It's the ideal dish for a comfortable supper at home or a heartfelt feast for two under the stars!
