Ingredients:

- 1 French roll, cut askew into 1/2-inch thick cuts

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, stripped and split

For the Ingredients:

1. **Tomato and Basil:**

   - 1 huge ready tomato, diced

   - 2 tablespoons hacked new basil

   - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

   - Salt and newly ground dark pepper to taste

2. **Ricotta and Honey:**

   - 1/2 cup ricotta cheddar

   - 2 tablespoons honey

   - Zing of 1 lemon

   - New thyme leaves for embellish (discretionary)

3. **Prosciutto and Fig:**

   - 4 slight cuts of prosciutto

   - 4 new figs, cut

   - 1 tablespoon balsamic coating

   - Newly broke dark pepper to taste

 Directions:

1. **Prepare the Crostini:**

   - Preheat the stove to 375°F (190°C).

   - Put the loaf cuts on a baking sheet and brush the two sides with olive oil.

   - Heat in the preheated broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until the crostini are brilliant brown and fresh.

   - Eliminate from the broiler and rub one side of each crostini with the cut side of the garlic clove.

2. **Prepare the Toppings:**

   - **Tomato and Basil:**

     - In a little bowl, consolidate the diced tomato, cleaved basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Throw delicately to cover.

     - Allow the combination to marinate for 10-15 minutes to permit the flavors to merge.

   - **Ricotta and Honey:**

     - In another little bowl, combine as one the ricotta cheddar, honey, and lemon zing until smooth and rich.

   - **Prosciutto and Fig:**

     - On each crostini, spread a spot of ricotta cheddar combination.

     - Top with a cut of prosciutto and a couple of cuts of new fig.

     - Shower with balsamic coating and sprinkle with newly broke dark pepper.

3. **Assemble and Serve:**

   - Organize the arranged crostini on a serving platter.

   - Spoon the marinated tomato and basil combination over a portion of the crostini.

   - Place the ricotta and honey-beat crostini on the platter.

   - At long last, add the prosciutto and fig-bested crostini.

   - Embellish the ricotta and honey crostini with new thyme leaves whenever wanted.

   - Serve right away and partake in these wonderful Crostini with Three Fixings as a hors d'oeuvre or light bite!

 Tips:

- You can alter the fixings in light of your inclinations or occasional fixings.

- Go ahead and add a sprinkle of ocean salt or a shower of extra-virgin olive oil to improve the kinds of the crostini.

- These crostini are best appreciated new, yet you can set up the garnishes ahead of time and collect them not long prior to saving time.
