Ingredients:

Directions:
1. **Prepare the Crostini:**

- Put the loaf cuts on a baking sheet and brush the two sides with olive oil.
- Heat in the preheated broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until the crostini are brilliant brown and fresh.
- Eliminate from the broiler and rub one side of each crostini with the cut side of the garlic clove.
2. **Prepare the Toppings:**
- **Tomato and Basil:**
